Updating Details in ESS- Address Change To update address details in Quess Central> Personal Details Tab>Click on Edit and change address and attach address proof. It goes to HR operations for verification. Post approval your address gets updated. Navigation: Login to Quess Central> On left menu click personal details
People Directory New Feature: Do you want to find a contact number, email address, location of a person, people directory is the place to find. You can search a person through alphabetic listing, location, department, brand or email ID. Navigation: Login to Quess Central> On the left menu> Select People Directory
Communication- Others We have got exciting polls, quizzes, jokes corner, polls all as different panels on your landing page. You will get exciting content every week up dated on these panels. And our menu is flexible.
Communication- Birthday Wishes Want to wish a colleague on a birthday? You can do that on Quess Central sitting from any office. Navigation: Login to Quess Central> On the right hand side of your landing page birthday panel will be listed> Click on Wish option. All wishes will be stored in the alert tab on the top right hand side
Attendance Marking/Checking How do I mark my attendance? All employees who are tagged to biometric should login/ log out through the device. Employees who are not tagged to a particular location can use the check in check out option. How do I know whether I am absent or present for a particular day? On the attendance tab- click on the attendance of the month to view these details
Attendance Regularization How do I regularize my attendance? You can regularize by clicking on the Regularization tab in the attendance menu. Attendance regularization for one day can be done through single day regularization. For more than one day please use multiple days regularization. What does Attendance regularization mean? When you forget to mark your attendance for a day, or you logged in and did not log out, you are travelling and do not have access to system, Quess Central shows the following statutes No Punch Single Punch In the above mentioned cases where the attendance is not completely marked for a day or for a period, attendance regularization should be done. This has direct impact on your payroll. Without attendance regularization the day will not be considered present. What is the attendance regularization cycle? The payroll cycle is from 21st of previous month to 20th of current month. It is the regularization cycle. For eg: January regularization cycle is from 21st December to 20th January. The attendance period will be locked and you will not be able to regularize from 21st of January for the January attendance period. How will I know if I my attendance regularization is approved? All managers are notified through alerts for regularization raised by an employee. An employee get an alert in the Quess Central landing page once the attendance regularization is approved.
Attendance Regularization When I apply for regularization I get the following error? What does it mean? This error is when your shift is not assigned. Please reach out to your HRBP/HR Operations team.
Attendance Regularization What does the error “cannot be lesser than actual time mean?” When you enter the actual in time and out time please ensure that your shift time is defaulted there, else key in your shift time to avoid this error.
Leave How do I apply leave? Leaves can be applied through “Apply leave” tab in the Leave menu subject to availability as per policy. How do I cancel my leave? Leaves can be cancelled through “Cancel leave” tab in the leave menu. This is applicable only all applied leaves. Where can I see the company holidays? Under the “Leave menu” company holidays tab. My Leave balance is incorrect? What should I do? Please reach out to the HR operations team. Contact information is available in the Helpdesk section.
Leave What does the error approval routing not yet assigned to user mean? It means that your reporting manager is not assigned. Get in touch with the HR operations team.
