How to Start an Audio Meeting Via Telephone Dial your conferencing telephone number Enter your 7 digit Access Code followed by # Dial * when prompted Enter your Chairperson Passcode followed by # Dial 1 to start your conference when prompted The Chairperson will hear the message “You will now be placed into conference” Record your meeting by dialing *2, then 1, after you have started your audio call *To locate the recording afterwards, log into your conference center and head to: Manage Recordings > Title of recording Via Web Controls Use Phone Once you have a set of Conference Controls open click the button in the Audio Controls panel Type in the telephone number you would like to be called at When your phone rings, answer and dial 1 to connect and start your call Use Computer (if enabled) Once you have a set of Conference Controls open click the button in the Audio Controls panel Select the appropriate microphone and click the green Call button

How to Join an Audio Meeting Via Telephone Dial the conferencing telephone number provided on your confirmation email Enter the 7-digit Access Code, followed by # Follow any additional prompts and then wait for the Host to start the meeting Via Computer (If enabled by the Host) Once the Host has started the web and audio meeting click the Join Audio button at the top, center of your screen The system will test your connection. If acceptable, click the Use Computer Headset button. *If your connection is not sufficient it will provide you dial in details for the phone. Select the appropriate microphone and click Continue Once connected you will be placed directly into the conference

Support Center Once logged into Conference Center click the Support & Training link below the gray box on the left side of the screen. Click on the drop down in the right corner of the gray bar to view any open Support tickets or create a case with the ReadyTalk Customer Care Team. This will automatically log you into the Support Center where you can view how-to guides and videos.

How to start a Web Meeting Log into your Conference Center from www.readytalk.com Click the radio button next to the appropriate meeting and click the green Open Meeting Controls button *You can also start a web meeting using any of the Connectivity Tools mentioned previously, except the mobile apps.

How to join a Web Meeting If you only have an Access Code, log in from the Participant, Join a Conference box at www.readytalk.com Via mobile device – Download the ReadyTalk Conferencing app from your device’s App Store. Go back to your Confirmation email or Join Meeting link and click on the link from within that email Verify your information The app will automatically open for you If you registered for the meeting or received a Join Meeting link via email click on that link to be brought into the correct meeting.

*Click on the icon for options

*This can also be done by dialing *2,1 on the telephone.

(When desktop sharing, controls will minimize to a toolbar at the top of your screen)
