Introducing New look Back Office 1 December, 2016

Home Screen Widgets

1. Search team members The search box allows the logged in user to search their downline. When the user clicks on a name it loads the team dashboard as that selected team member. This search box is also in the Team Dashboard. An IBO can: Click on the search box and type to find a team member Click on a person in the search results.

2. Business snapshot widget Provides IBO with the following: Points Services Incomplete Customers Outside Customers TC Legs RD Legs RVP Legs 200 Point Legs Downline Total Billing

3. Training wheel widget Progress achieved in training courses is represented as a percentage. When clicked, you can view a list of training steps in the course and the amount completed on each step. An IBO can: Click through to see percentage completed for each training course by using left and right arrows Click on the percentage to reveal the back of the card that shows the progress on each step in the course

4. ACN News widget A real-time news feed that shows the latest news from ACN Corporate for IBOs. If a post is clicked, they will stay in the IBO Back Office and be able to view the complete post.

5. Calendar widget Company-wide calendar events are represented on a month view with a link to view the full calendar. Calendar events are added by an admin user and IBO users. An IBO can: View the current date located at the top and also represented by a circle on the day in the month view below. View the current month view with dots representing events for each day. Click through previous and future months and see the month view for each by using the left and right arrows. Click on a date with dots to reveal a pop up showing the events and event details for that day. If a date only has one event, the event details will be shown. If the date has multiple events, a list of events will be shown and the details of each can be viewed by clicking on the event in the pop up.

6. Marketing sites widget An IBO’s Personal Website, Storefront and DWS in this widget. Includes a hit counter and share options. An IBO can: View their personal website address(es). Click the personal website address to view it in a new window. Click on “Share” to share the link via email, copy link to clipboard, internal team messaging, or select social media platforms

7. Corporate social links The corporate social links are represented by icons and provide the user with quick access to the corporate social media pages including: Facebook Twitter YouTube Instagram

8. Notifications Receive promotional alerts for the IBO’s personal position as well as their downline. Get alerts about new prospects.

9. Internal Chat Send chat messages through organisation

Key Points Personal Information: BID, Start Date, Position Status, Commission Level, and Grace period details My Customers: Points, Total Services, Incomplete customers, Scheduled to Purge, and Detailed Customer List Sponsor: Name and contact information Legs: Legs by position level and 200 points Contact Info: edit personal contact information Position Information: Position Status and Promotional information (to be rolled out a later date) Marketing Sites: DWS Getting Started in ACN: training and material for doing the business the right way

1. Preferences IBO will still be able to edit personal information and make changes to language preferences.

2. Personal information widget Displays basic IBO data: Photo Business Name Business ID Start Date Status Highest Position Current Position Current Commission Level Earned Grace Period Days Remaining

3. My Customers widget Displays customer-related data points represented by coloured circles. The “Incomplete” circle is grey when the number is 0, and changes to yellow when the number is greater than 0. All other circle colours remain the same color always. When the widget is clicked it turns around to display the full (existing) PCL page in a scrollable window. An IBO can view the following : Points Total Services Incomplete Scheduled to Purge Click to view the full PCL on the back of the widget View the PCL widget on the team dashboard to view the data points of team members, but cannot click to view the full PCL of a team member.

3. Visual Tree The visual tree provides IBOs with a graphical view of their downline structure, including key info about each member of their team. Cards that are greyed out represent Inactive IBOs.

4. CABs and Compensation IBO can view the most recent statement and will automatically open. Select other payout dates to view specific statement

Key Points IBOs can access: Resource Library Calendar Community Prospect Manager

1. Resource library An IBO can: View the list of files Filter the file list view by clicking on categories and sub-categories Click on a document and get the slide out tab on the right with links to view/download and share a link to the document via email, copy link to clipboard, internal team messaging, or select social media platforms. Search documents and media in the current category selected using the top search bar Access business documents such as IBO Agreements and renewal forms, compensation plans, and training A collection of files or media (audio and video) for IBOs to view, share and download. Files are organised into categories and sub-categories.

2. Calendar Company-wide calendar events are represented on a month view with a list of events on the right side. An IBO can: View the current month view with event titles and times listed on each day. View the list of events for the month on the right. Click through previous and future months and see the month and list views Hover on an event to reveal a pop up showing the event details. Click on a date on the calendar and see the list of events for that day Search events with the top search bar Add an event by clicking the green and white + button in the lower right corner.

3. Community An internal social network feed used by IBOs to post statuses and photos to the ACN IBO community. IBOs can contribute to the community by liking and commenting on other IBOs’ posts or adding their own posts. An IBO can: View all community posts. Like and comment on the community posts. Add a post by clicking “Add a post” and typing a message and/or uploading a photo. Click on the name of a the person who posted and see the person’s name, city and state, and “story”. Flag a post as “inappropriate” by hovering over a post and clicking on the flag icon that appears.

4. Prospect Manager An IBO can: View a list of prospects. Sort the list of prospects by name, date added or last activity date. Click on a prospect in the list to view their details. There is an edit button in the top right of the prospect card. Add a new prospect by clicking the green and white + button in the lower right corner of the prospect list Email - when clicked, it launches the default email application for the user. The prospect manager is an online address book of prospects that either filled out a contact form from the replicated site or were manually added by the IBO.

Training Training modules designed for where you are in your ACN business. The training courses landing page shows all training courses available to the logged in IBO and the progress achieved in training courses is represented as a percentage. When a training course is chosen/clicked, you see the training steps listed on the left and the training content on the right. An IBO can: See progress on each training course available View training content broken out into steps and tasks. Click “Mark Complete” to indicate that task is completed.

Success Store

Key Points IBOs can access: Success Store ACN Business Cards Vista Print IBO will be redirected to existing sites to be able to place orders.
