Use your FirstBank username and password to log into the site at:

Notification Bell
This is your navigation bar to access pages on the site.
The home screen allows you to see tiles (shortcuts) to access features available in your recognition program. To access a feature, click anywhere on the tile you want to open. You can also access these features by using the navigation bar to the left of the home screen.

7. Updating Your Profile
To access your Profile, click on the down arrow under the Profile icon on the upper left corner drop down and select “Profile”.

On your profile you can upload a photo image, change your shipping address, track your orders redeemed and point transactions, and view your Engagement Analysis that affect your Index on the home screen.

You can also change your preferences on if you do not want your name displayed on the ‘Anniversaries this Month’ on the home screen.

10. Posting in the Rec Room
1. To post in the Rec Room from home screen, Click on tile bar called “Rec Room” OR

Create a new post to include pictures, video, and tag fellow colleagues
Applaud an existing post

12. How to Send eCard
1. To send an eCard from home screen, Click on tile bar called “eCards” OR
2. Click the eCard icon in the navigation bar to the left 1 2 1 2

13. How to Send eCard
Select a category to choose from by clicking on the image to open the eCards that match that category (ex. Happy Birthday).

14. How to Personalize an eCard
Type in the To or click “Search Users” to find the person. You can also add a cc to the card.
Type your message
Select the date you want to deliver the card. This can be a future date.
Select “Display Logo” and if you want the card to show up in the Rec Room for public display.
For Managers, click checkbox “Would You Like to Award Points” if you would like to include Manager to Peer points available in your balance. The minimum amount is 100 Points. You will be given a maximum of to use monthly that replenishes at the first of each month. Type in the amount of points in the grey bar up to the amount currently available.

The inbox is where you can find any incoming messages, eCards or any that you have sent located under the “sent” folder.
Note: Any eCards or incoming messages will notify you via that you have an eCard or message in your inbox.

1. To add points to your account from an Instant Award Card from home screen, Click on tile bar called “Instant Award Card Redemption” 1 1

Enter the Code in the box (located on the back of the card)
Click “Add” and

At the top of the page, click the “Select Reward” button to start your search for items available to choose from.

You have three options with items displaying on the screen
click “Details” for more info
Click the heart symbol to add as a favorite
Click “Add to Cart” to select the add to receive

To find items in a category, click the “+” sign to expand the category to select a more specific type of item which will list the items to the right of the screen
