What is JSTOR? Introduction JSTOR is a full text journal database that’s really easy to use. It covers journal articles in the Arts & Humanities, Social Sciences plus other areas. Why use it? You can use it to find journal articles on your topic. It’s easy to search and when you find an article of interest you can read it straight away. Because you’re searching the full text of the articles you can make your searches quite precise. Main body: Arial, 16 – 20 pt Slide title: Arial, Bold, 24 pt Introduction

Things to know about JSTOR Be aware! Main body: Arial, 16 – 20 pt Slide title: Arial, Bold, 24 pt In many cases JSTOR does not give access to the most recent 3-5 years of content from journals. Each year we get access to an additional year of content, but coverage never catches up – this is called a ‘moving wall’ arrangement. We may have access to the recent volumes from another provider – use Journal search on the Library home page to check. Things to know about JSTOR
