OBJECTICVES of the LEO  Promote entrepreneurship and an enterprise culture within the county.  Assist and support existing and new businesses set-up, grow and develop thereby creating employment opportunities.  Develop the role of the LEO as the “first point of contact”, as a provider of a quality suite of services and a catalyst for collaborative actions. NB. Focus on manufacturing and service businesses with the potential to trade internationally.
