Energy from the sun! By: Jackson, Michael, and Morgan

Solar power is energy from the sun. In order to get energy from the sun you need solar panels to collect the energy. Solar panels produce clean renewable energy, and they produce more than they use. Despite the fact that they are expensive, they are a great investment, they save money and they don’t pollute at all.

What are the benefits of solar power? Solar power is renewable, unlike coal and oil. Solar energy does not pollute the environment at all. Example; planes that use oil or gasoline sometimes drop fuel, causing pollution. As for planes that run on solar power don’t drop any.

Coal produces the most carbon emission in the U.S. Coal is nonrenewable, it is also very expensive to ship and produce. Coal and oil power plants account for almost 40% of carbon emission. Going down in the coal mines can be dangerous and oil spills can be dangerous to.

You can switch to solar power by buying solar panels. If you save up a little over $20,000 and buy some, it is a good investment and will save you money in the long run.

So I hope that you are willing to save energy and get some from the sun! In the end it will be worth it! Go Solar!!!!!!!
