Organizational Structures 25 Years ago, all Cooperative Extension Services were within Colleges of Agriculture; directed by an Associate Dean of Agriculture. Today, about 25% of all Extension Services reach beyond the College of Agriculture; directed by a Dean of Extension or Vice Provost/President for Outreach. Of those still administered within agriculture, most have professional appointments in other colleges.
