How can you get an interview?  If you find a job offer online, in newspaper, advertisement, etc. you should send and to the employer or try to contact him/her by phone asking for the interview. When you send a cover letter you should say you will be free for an interview, in addition to include a summary of your skills experience.  It’s advisable to look for different companies you are interested in and draw up a list with their telephone number and address, in order to call them from time to time. Then you can contact such companies, offering them your skills and experience, asking for an interview and showing your profile, in case you fit a post they may have at a given time.  Some companies put on their website their job offers and the data they need to learn about candidates. They also give the chance to get an interview and/or take a test.  In other cases, if you know someone who has some relationship with the employer, he/she can get an interview for you.

What information should you send before being interviewed?  Before an interview you should send a cover letter accompanied with your C.V. You should put there your personal details, telephone and address, studies and courses, work experience, languages and other skills related to the job. Your cover letter is very important because it is the opportunity to show that your skills and experience match the employer seeks.

What is te aim of the interview for the employer and for the candidate?  The job interview gives the potential employer a chance to learn more about each other.  For the employer, he/she can find a worker having the skills he is looking for,who perfectly fit to the post. For example, a sociable,discreet,polite and well trained person.  For the candidate, he can learn about how suitable the job,if it is well paid(wage,additional income and travelling expenses)if he can feel comfortable,and other work conditions such timetable,type of contrast,chances to promoting, etc.

What is the objetive of the application form?  While job applications may vary in format, the objetive of them remain the same: to showcase related work experience to a prospective employer.  Since you are competing against a lot of other people, it is important that your application makes a good impression and stands out from the others. You should also review your resumé ( C.V.) when copiling the work history section in a job application. Make sure information in both sources matches.
