World Geography Africa Unit 6 Journal Topics Assigned: February 10/11 Final Due Date: February 25/26

World Geography Journal Purpose and Instructions  In your World Geography Journal, you will analyze documents, graphs, maps, and charts to better understand both the current topics and world geography skills  Directions:  In your journal, write the date assigned (found at the top of the slide)...  then, write the title beside the date, and underline the title...  lastly, answer each question in complete sentences.

World Geography Journal Assessment  Journals should be up-to-date, and ready for grading at any time.  Daily grades may be taken over any of the assigned journal entries (10 points each)  At the end of the Unit, the entire journal will be turned in on the day of the Multiple Choice and Open Response Test.  Journal topics with a date given will be valued at 10 points each.  Journal topics with a star are bonus opportunities and will be valued at 2 points each.  Journal entries will be graded on accuracy of information and the inclusion of details from the document, graph, chart, map, etc.
