Task On May 5th, Mrs. White, a guest of the hotel, who lives in Room 3182, goes into the Business Center to book an air ticket from Beijing to Paris on May 10th. You, as an employee of the Business Center, are responsible for handing this issue. Mrs. White wants to leave around 10:00 in the morning, and she prefers first class. Finally, she chooses one flight at 10:30 of International Airline, and she pays in cash. You will give her the ticket on May 8th.

Service Procedures Greeting the coming guests warmly and politely. Making sure what kinds of transportation vehicles the guest wants to travel by. Recording the guest’s demand accurately and making a confirmation. Explaining the reason of heavy traffic in advance if there is a special event occurred that causes tickets in great demands. Asking the guest to show his certificates or other identification materials.

Service Procedures Inquiring the guest of the method of contact and the way of payment. Telling the guest the latest time of fetching the ticket. Verifying the reservation data with computer for confirmation. Notifying the guest to fetch the ticket as soon as possible. Making a suggestion for the guest at once if the ticket has not been booked. Going through payment procedures according to hotel rules.
