Checks can be made out to ASE. Please put their name and lunch number on the memo line. The cafeteria also offers extra food items that can be paid for with their account. If you don’t want them to be able to buy extras, you’ll need to put a block on their account. You are more than welcome to have lunch with your child in the cafeteria and/or bring them lunch. You may bring in purchased treats to share. * You can preload your child’s lunch account at the following address (to pay for lunch and/or a birthday celebration): * Birthday party invitations cannot be distributed at school by students or teachers. This is a district policy. All invitations must be distributed OFF CAMPUS, no exceptions. Sign-in/Sign-out: All adults must sign in at the front office using their driver’s license to receive a visitor’s badge. The safety of our students is crucial. Make sure other family members/friends are listed on the enrollment card. If you are late to pick up your child you will have to sign them out in the office with your ID. Medication: A student cannot transport medicine to and from school. An adult must drop off and pick up the medicine in the clinic if it is to be dispensed at school.
