GLHEC Update

Invoices are due within 30 days of August 31 st. The sooner the final invoice for year-1 is submitted, the sooner we can issue your year-2 subcontract. Your year-2 subcontract budget will be reduced by the amount unspent in year 1. The expectation is that by the end of year 2 you will have hit your combined Associate, Practitioner and Scholar targets for year 1 & year 2.

GLHEC Reporting Reporting: By August 1, 2015 June 30, 2015 XXXX University will submit a summary report of the year's accomplishments and challenges to CIRTL Central. The report will include the number of individuals who attained the Associate, Practitioner and Scholar levels of engagement by the reporting date. If target numbers fall short, the report will include a short discussion of why this occurred and a description of the adjustments that will be made in order to reach the year-2 target numbers. This report will also include a list of the topics or titles and disciplines of Teaching-as- Research experiences completed during the funding period, as well as the details for any CIRTL Scholar presentations/poster sessions/publications (e.g. date, title, venue, audience, etc.). Questions in the Institutional Portrait forms will gather the information required for the GLHEC annual report.
