The varieties of breads

Bagel Bagel are like fat donates. They come from Italy. Bagel is sweet and tasty.

Focaccia Focaccia is from France. Focaccia is a bit fat and has a lot of green things that look like stem.

Brioche Brioche is from France. It is fat and sweet.

Chapatti Chapatti is from India Chapatti is flat and tastes nice with curry.

Naan Naan is from Asia. It is flat and lots of people have it in Asia with curry.

Scottie Scottie is from England. It has a lot of raisins.

Rye bread Rye bread is from Germany. Rye bread has a lot of seeds inside them and I didn’t like it.

Pita Pita bread is from Greece.

Baguette Baguette is from France. It is long and covered from the top &bottom.

Spiced bread Spiced loaf is from Jamaica. It is in a rectangle shape and very spicy.

Evaluation What I could make better is to add more sugar that it is sweeter. the things that were good the shape was good and how much it risen.

Glossary 1.Evaluation: is when you think about what was good and bad about some think. 2.Risen: is when the yeast grows and becomes bigger. 3.Knock back: is when it has risen you punch it that all the air comes out. 1.Knead: is when you punch it lightly. 2.Surface: is what you work on. 3.Germs: are things that you catch and sometimes you become ill. 4.Bacteria: is all the dirt and things that have not been clean properly.
