Company StructureCompany Structure  4 Branches in the Buffalo and Amherst area  16 bank officers populate our branches  We now offer 3 different products  Checking  Savings  Credit Card

Strategy  Our strategic plan is to create a business model that makes it simple for our clients and employees to do business. In order to achieve this we created a database that would make branch, employee, customer, and sales information easily accessible.

Database DescriptionDatabase Description  The database is designed gather information that is specific to each branch for:  Branch information  Employee Information  Customer Information  Referral (a referral is created when a branch employee sells a bank product to a customer. This contributes to employee sales goals and company success.)
