 9:30-9:45: Welcome & Introductions  Dr. Francis Battisti, Executive Vice President/Chief Academic Officer  Dr. Kelli Ligeikis, Associate VP and Dean, Outreach & STEM  9:45-10:30: Fast Forward Updates/ Registration Process overview & materials handed out/ Q&A, Katie Bucci  : Student Assessment Presentation, Jason Zbock & Andrew Haggerty  11-11:50: Break-out sessions: discipline-specific workshops, BCC Chairs and FF Instructors  *From 11:50-12:50, Katie Bucci will be in her office (AT-209) and is available to answer any questions regarding the student registration process, the drop and withdrawal policies, the certificate of residency process, etc. Feel free to stop by!

 All Fast Forward instructors and students can log- in directly  User Name and Password  This will be provided to you by the Fast Forward Facilitator; listed on yellow cardstock in Instructor Folder  The user name and password are CASE SENSITIVE.  Keep your user name and password in a safe place; the lookup feature does not work for Fast Forward instructors at this time.  You will enter your attendance and final grades via MyCollege  reminders will be sent, with instructions 

 On PAPER!  Katie can visit each school to conduct registration and provide a brief presentation, at the request of each school  You will pick up the student folders TODAY for both Fall and Spring courses.  If your course continues in Spring with same group, they only need 1 folder (i.e.: HIS 130/131)

 Registration Forms will be ED to you  Print 2-sided/1 page  Audit vs. grade  Signatures  Instructors will mail to Fast Forward Center by 9/25 :  All registration forms and certificate of residencies in 1 mailing  Fast Forward Center will enter data; Students will receive mailing containing B#, MyCollege information, and course registration confirmation  This will be completed each semester  Video Tutorial Video Tutorial

 Fast Forward Facilitator, Katie Bucci  Liaison between high school and BCC  Coordinate all student registration  Coordinate all attendance and final grade submissions with Fast Forward Instructors  Notify Prospective Instructors of application decisions  Organize annual Professional Development Event  Create Instructor B# and MyCollege log-in information  …all Fast Forward Program logistics!  BCC Department Chairs  Reviews new applications and makes final decisions on all courses  Collects syllabi from teachers each year; review the syllabi to determine if content, pedagogy, and assessment are congruent with campus course.  Classroom observations
