This is the rise in temperature between 2090 and 9099 due to CO2 Emissions

Black Hat (The Pessimist)

The Problem The problems we have is that co2 is destroying the world as we speak but even so any solution we come up with will take 30 years to have effect

Some Solutions Won’t Work Just turning the tap off on Carbon usage will help but Carbon is needed so much we can’t stop it. Also C02 is produced naturally by humans and animals so C02 can’t just be stopped

Green Hat & Yellow Hat (The Creative Thinker & The Optimist!)

With the world’s temperature increasing by 2-4 degrees, large areas of the US, Canada, UK and Russia can be used for farming. This is perfect land that hasn't been farmed before and will replace the farmlands that will eventually turn into desert.

Many coastal countries will experience increased rainfall in areas that were deserts including Africa and Australia. Future planning will capture the current floods and irrigate millions of acres for farming.

As the polar ice caps melt away, the Northwest Passage will become a reality saving trillions of gallons of fuel in the shipping industry. Vast unreachable oil fields will become accessible in the Arctic Circle-maybe as much as 50% of the total world's oil is waiting there but currently unreachable. The Northwest Passage stretches from Eastern Russia to The Atlantic Ocean.

More CO2 in the atmosphere helps more plants grow in nature and in farmlands. Raising the CO2 in a greenhouse by only 1% could increase production by 25-50%

Winter energy needs will decrease as temperatures in some areas rise above current levels. Air conditioning costs may rise but many big businesses are capturing this excess heat and changing it to usable energy.

We will have more days at the beach! Well, I thought that was a good thing…
