The Teacher´s Responsibilities Preparing and carry out lessons, correcting tasks and tests, and document the students´ achievments Evaluate the students´ achievments towards the local- and national criterias Attain meetings on different school levels Engage in work groups (School developing, subject responsability, Friends, environmental issues, gender issues, health issues and various interest groups) Have parent meetings once per semester Be a mentor

The Mentor´s Responsibilies Guide the students to achieve good studying results Keep track of the students´ progress Mentor talks every week Developing meetings together with the student and his/her parents at least once per semester
