0 International Medical Cluster (IMC), to be established in Moscow, creates a unique framework for developing healthcare business: –IMC activities are regulated by a separate Federal Act 160-FZ «On International Medical Cluster», –The Cluster is aimed at creating advanced healthcare delivery patterns, supporting development of new drugs and medical devices, and employing international best practices in medical education and research –In accordance with the legislation, special conditions in terms of using OECD standards and employing foreign experts are provided for project participants. At the moment the main focus of interest is placed on attracting investors and operators for a wide range of medical services, educational and R&D programs IMC is to be located on 57.6 ha territory at the Skolkovo premises.
