Problem/ Effects ► Go into Cardiac Arrest. ► 10 minutes tired into game when playing. ► You feel very sick to your stomach. ► Then you have some body problems for a while.
Encourage ► Stay clear of energy drinks ► Caffeine is very addictive to athletes ► Gatorade has very good hydration and (or) rehydration ► The ingredients in Gatorade have very little sugar.
Energy Drinks ► They target the athletes by telling them that they will keep them awake for 5 to 7 hours. ► When you do drink energy drink you have a high chance of not performing better. ► The energy drinks also trick the brain to thinking that the body has been boosted
