7 Why is Sleep So Important???  How to catch your Zzzzzs  Try to go to bed and get up at the same time  Follow a bedtime routine that is calming- Not TV or video games  Limit foods and drinks with sugar and caffeine  Try to use your bed only for sleeping  If you can’t fall asleep, try reading or some other calming activity
