What will this Project be?  This project will be a presentation  You will create a box using  You will tell about the Chinese and Indian Empires in Chapter 7

What Questions will we Answer During this Project?  How did geography, religious/ethical systems, and science and technology effect early cultures?  How did India and China establish powerful empires and develop strong, vibrant cultures?  What geographic features made further expansion difficult?  What connections did the empires of India and China share?  How did trade shape the region?

What Questions will we Answer During this Project? cont.  Who were the leaders made China and India powerful?  How did Buddhism spread?  What role did the ethical teachings of Confucius play in Chinese life?  How did other cultures effect Indian civilization?  Why was the Silk Road important to the region?
