11 Equipments Please insert the available equipment that being used/operate in your project. (University/ other places)

12 Proposed Budget Max allocation = RM 20,000 Please indicate your estimated budget for this research and details of expenditure according to the guidelines. Total travel expenses (V21000) shall not exceed RM 30,000 or 20% of the total project whichever is less. For V35000 please give justification for equipment RM3000 and above.

13 Attachment All compulsory forms must be submitted such as : Flow chart, Appointment letter (for PL contract staff)

14 Declaration 1. Tick the suitable declaration as an agreement that the inserted information is accurate and correct. 2. If AGREE button is click then applicant save the declaration and editing is possible in later stage. It’s recommended to click this button when they intended submit their application to respective research alliances for evaluation purposes. 3. Click print icon to print the application. Please submit a printout copy as requested by Research Alliances.
