What is Tense??? A tense is a form taken by a verb to show the time of an action. There are three main tenses: Present tense: The action is happening presently. Past tense: The action had happened already. Future tense: Action that will happen in future or coming time.

What is Future Tense?? A tense expressing an action that has -not yet happened (or) -a state that does not yet exist. In grammar, a future tense is a verb form that generally marks the event described by the verb as -not having happened yet, -but expected to happen in the future. The speaker may refer to future events with the: 1.Modality ( i.e. what the speaker expects to happen) Or 2. Intent (i.e. what the speaker plans to make happen).

Future Perfect Continuous Tense This tense form indicates an action that is continuous and at some point in the future, it will be completed.

Affirmative- 1.Rule: Will have been+ present participle (ing) EX: 1. You will have been waiting for more than two hours when her plane finally arrives. 2. I will have been going to home after completion of ILP.

Future Perfect Continuous Tense Negative- 1.Rule: Will +not + have been +(ing) 1. You will not have been waiting for more than two hours when her plane finally arrives. 2. I will not have been going to home after completion of ILP.

Future Perfect Continuous Tense Interrogative- 1.Rule: EX: 1. Will you have been waiting for more than two hours when her plane finally arrives? 2. Will I have been going to home after completion of ILP?

Future Perfect Continuous Tense Different Usages They will have been talking for over an hour by the time Thomas arrives. How long will you have been studying when you graduate?

Something more about future Tense: 1. In modern English will is preferred to shall. Shall is mainly used with I and we to make an offer or suggestion, or to ask for advice. With the other persons (you, he, she, they) shall is only used in literary or poetic situations, e.g."With rings on her fingers and bells on her toes, She shall have music wherever she goes.“ Shall is dated, but it is still commonly used instead of "will" with the affirmative or interrogative forms of I and we in certain cases.

“Going to be” " going to be" is used expresses that something is a plan. It expresses the idea that a person intends to do something in the future. It does not matter whether the plan is realistic or not. Examples: He is going to be spend his vacation in Hawaii. She is not going to be spend her vacation in Hawaii.
