Commands may be expressed indirectly, either to the person with whom you are speaking or to express what a third party should do.
The format of an indirect command is simple.
Always start with que . . .
Que
llames
al Dr. Estrada.
Call Dr. Estrada.
. . . then a subjunctive verb form . . .
. . . and then a subject or object . . .

This construction is also used to express your wishes for someone else.
Que no te duela la garganta mañana.
I hope your throat doesn’t hurt tomorrow.
Que salgas bien en el examen.

Object and reflexive pronouns always precede the verb. In a negative statement, no also precedes the verb.

When a subject is expressed, it generally follows the verb.
¡Que lo hagas tú!
You do it!
¿La inyección? Que se la ponga la enfermera.
The shot? Let the nurse give it to him.
