“Norms describe how we intend to operate on a day-to-day basis as we pursue our vision.” – Peter Senge

Think, Write, Share What do you need in order to do your best learning? What do you need to do for the group to be productive? What do you want others to do for the group to be productive?

Divide and Conquer Count off A, B, C, D, E and regroup. Look at the sample for your group (A-E). What is missing from our list that should be included? What on our list could be eliminated?

“Norms determine the way in which groups solve problems, make decisions and do their work. They influence interactions between members and set parameters of acceptable behaviors.” – Dr. Carolyn Knight

Team Instructions On the next slide you will see a new triangle of 25 letters. You will have some time now to strategize about your team’s plan to remember as many letters in order as possible. Then, you will have 10 seconds to view the triangle of letters. After the 10 seconds, AS A TEAM, record as many letters in order as you can remember.
