Stage 6 - Celtic Tiger Ireland 1990 - Present Dublin has become Europe’s centre for financial services and business applications – ( Economic activity ) Urban dev and construction of expensive apts in city centre has brought wealthy people back into the city - ( Social activity ) Public transport has been upgraded by the Dart and Luas ( Economic activity ) Ireland’s primate city.
