11 Ongoing Tasks… Continue using Behavioural Activation – Remember: Your activities influence your mood! Ensure you use a mix of activities – routine, pleasurable and necessary Continue using Thought Challenging – Remember: Your thoughts influence your mood! Look for evidence for and against that thought Try and find a new, alternative thought that could also explain the situation
