When a person has hepatitis c it can damage their liver

When a person has HIV/AIDS it destroys your immune system

Some people with Hepatitis show no signs of having the disease, but others may have these symptoms: o tiredness without any reason o Flu-like symptoms-throwing up feeling hot, ect. o Yellowing of skin, whiteness of eyes o Belly pain (especially on the upper right side) o dark brown pee o Light-colored poop o Itchiness with no rashes o Poor appetite for days in a row or weight loss

HIV is untreated, an HIV-positive person will eventually began to feel sick. The person might began to have swollen lymph nodes, weight loss, fevers that come and go, infections in the mouth, diarrhea, or he or she might feel tired all of the time for no reason. Eventually, the virus can infect all of the body’s organs, including the brain, making it hard for the person to think and remember things

There are two different ways you can get Hepatitis the two most common forms are: 1) Toxic Hepatitis: this form can occur if someone drinks a lot of alcohol, takes certain illegal drugs or medication, or is exposed to poisons 2) Viral Hepatitis: there are lots of hepatitis viruses- from hepatitis A virus to hepatitis G. Though the viruses are different they have one thing in common: they cause infection and inflammation that is harmful to the liver cells

After HIV enters the body, it piggybacks onto a T cell and works it’s way inside of that cell. Once inside, the virus completely takes over the T cell and uses it as a virus-making factory to make a lot more of viruses like itself. The new virus then leaves the T cell and goes to infect other healthy T cells that are in the body. T cells invaded by the virus can no longer properly fight infections. Someone who is infected by the virus is called HIV positive. It may take years for the virus to damage enough T cells for that person to get sick and get AIDS. Although the HIV-positive person might feel fine, the virus is silently reproducing itself and destroying T cells.

1) They are both diseases 2) They can both damage or harm something in your body 3) They are sneaky and you wont know you have them until you check in with a doctor

The differences between HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis c is 1) HIV/AIDS can damage your immune system, Hepatitis c can damage your liver 2) HIV comes before AIDS, Hepatitis c is one thing all together 3) Sometimes with HIV you can tell you have it by getting sick all the time, Hepatitis c is sneaky and you cant tell you have Hepatitis c for a while

How you can keep your self safe from Hepatitis C is don’t drink a lot, don’t do illegal drugs or medication, definitely don’t have any poisons how to stay safe from HIV/AIDS is don’t get tattoos done by a person who isn’t a tattoo artist
