13 Check for Cultural Meanings  Be aware of where you are/who you are talking to  When talking to someone of a different culture, who conforms?  Others may not be as informed, adapt as easy  Remain open to understanding the perspectives of others

14 Ask for Feedback  If you think there is a miscommunication, ask!  Treat this like a perception check Describe the observation Suggest possible interpretations Ask the other person!
