2 2 The Foundation of BioLED Technology Sensitivity of the visual cell is controlled by the substance called rhodopsin, and this substance is created by the decomposed energy from the light which creates the vision for people. If the intensity of illumination decreases, rhodopsin composes and builds up to its right level. Moreover, if this is well composed, vision inure to the dark and this phenomenon is called “Dark Adaptation” Weber’s law can be simply put like the equation below: K = ( R2 – R1 ) / R1 = △ R / R1 (K: Weber’s invariable R1: First stimulation R2: Later stimulation) Weber’s law only regulate whether the human body feels it or not.
