3 Leadership Strengths Balance I have always had an aptitude for keeping all aspects of my life in site. Having a work and life balance has always been very important to me and this strength of my leadership style helps keep that balance in check. Determination Coming from the values instilled on my by my parents, I have always been someone that will not be put down by others. I always have had a motivation that can get me through an situation that I am faced with Hard work I believe this to be my most important pillar of my leadership style, I have believed that to lead you must show first and then tell second. People are far conducive to contributing to a goal if they believe their leader is working hard also.

4 Leadership aspects to improve
I have always struggled to express my ideas transparently to others. Communication I have never been able to effectively delegate tasks to others in most facets of my life including school and student organizations. Ability to Delegate

5 INSPIRATIONAL LEADERS
Kym Faerber My mother has always been an inspiration for me. She has been a single parent since I was seven and that is when my I realized the extraordinary human being she is. She has always composed herself with dignity even facing situations that I do not believe most people would be able to handle. Craig Faerber My uncle Craig has always been someone that I have looked up to as a leader. He went to a less well-known school like Ohio University and was able to excel through the corporate ladder not because of the people he knew, but because of the impression he made on the people he worked with through hard work and never accepting that he had gone as far as he could.

6 Leadership Experiences
Vice President OUSFIMG As vice president of the OUSFIMG I have learned that hard work and determination do pay off. I joined that organization as a freshman and have learned more about my self than anything in the time I have been part of the group. Since I have become a part of the executive board the group has performed better than ever. The hard work of the individuals is inspiring and I look forward to every meeting and I have with the members of the group. Vice President of Finance Delta Sigma Pi As vice president of Finance I learned that just because you think you want to hold a certain position it does not mean you were a good fit for it. I value what I have learned while serving on the board of this organization but it has taught me that I need to prioritize what is important to me and that you can not do everything you want to. I also learned that I poorly manage small tasks and that is something that I need to improve on. Cake Auction Coordinator Passion Works I found that helping Passion Works put on the cake auction was one of the most rewarding experiences that I have had while in college. Which has made me realize that I enjoy being an active member of the community and giving back is very important to me. I have decided that I will always try to contribute as much time as I am able because it helps with me with mental balance.

7 Mentoring process From the mentoring process I have gained professionalism and confidence but also friend whose opinion I value and trust The process has given put my out of my comfort zone with someone I did not know before Select and helped me to realize things about my self that I may not have without stepping out of my comfort zone
