7 1. Upper right abdominal region (right hypochondriac) Liver Gallbladder Most common ailment: gallstones If you are experiencing an agonizing pain in the upper right region of the abdomen, it’s time for a visit to the doctor! http://www3.ribnet.nb.ca/trevgall/biology/digest.html
