Failure to sign up for the correct Wildcat Time location may result in lunch detention or Friday Night School.

EXAMPLE ALWAYS write ROOM NUMBERS! Do NOT write teacher names! If your name has a room # listed, then you have been assigned mandatory tutoring by Mrs. Petroff. Students will receive a parent letter informing parents of mandatory tutoring dates.

TEACHER PLT TIME Tutoring/teachers will not be available on the following days during Wildcat Time: Mondays – no MATH tutoring available Tuesdays- no ELA tutoring available Wednesdays – no SCIENCE tutoring available Thursdays – no SOCIAL STUDIES tutoring available Fridays – ELECTIVE CLASS tutoring IS available You should write this down!

YOU need to sign up for a tutoring room and get caught up as soon as possible before the grading period ends. Teachers will also assign tutoring to students that fall behind or fail tests. WHAT IF I’M PASSING ALL MY CLASSES, BUT START TO FALL BEHIND?

CAN I MAKE UP A TEST & OTHER ASSIGNMENTS DURING WILDCAT TIME? Yes you can! YOU must make all arrangements (date, location, etc.) with your teacher.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND??? What if I signed up for math tutoring and decide I would rather go to the gym? You can’t change locations once the sign up sheets are collected by the office aides. Do not ask to change locations. Students should not be in the halls during Wildcat Time.

FAILURE TO REPORT TO THE WILDCAT TIME LOCATION THAT YOU SIGNED UP FOR WILL RESULT IN A DETENTION OR FRIDAY NIGHT SCHOOL

Be accountable for your own learning and behavior during Wildcat Time. Don’t be tardy. Don’t forget materials, assignments, etc. Don’t ask to go to the restroom, locker, etc. Don’t ask to change locations. The halls will be monitored by administrators during Wildcat Time!

How can you ensure you are doing your part and making the most of WILDCAT time? Be proactive-get help when you need it. Be prepared-come with questions/work. Use the time wisely-if you can’t come in before or after school for tutoring. Be responsible- for your own success.
