Power of 3 Bonus IMPORTANT KEYS TO REMEMBER IPC and 3 first level team members must have an LRP order of 100+ PV. Team Volume (IPC + first level) must be at least 600 volume. Bonus can be earned every month and is calculated on the 15th. Of the 600TV, at least 400 must come from LRPs (1 personal, 3 frontliners)…this will be seen/explained better in upcoming slides. Also PO3 bonus will not likely be earned before second or third month of enrollment depending when you sign up your 1st level and when their first LRP is generated. You Level Level Level 3 Duplication Model Focus on your 1st level and train your team to do the same. Once they earn the $50 bonus, you will automatically earn the $250 bonus and so on. A complete PO3 structure requires at least 40 IPCs, which is too much for 1 IPC to worry about. You NEED to create a duplication model that will allow you to focus on just your level 1 IPCs. Don’t expect a perfect organization with 100% activity, there will always be something that comes up with someone and its best to prepare for that with cushion. What does that mean? Dynamic Compression is the system that pays unilevel Unilevel orders will compress upwards until all 7 levels are paid.
