4 CHAMPS A Proactive and Positive Approach to Classroom Management CHAMPS is a classroom management technique. It is designed to help classroom teachers develop (or fine tune) an effective classroom management plan that is proactive, positive, and instructional. CHAMPS is a classroom management technique. 5 Reading: Students must read a total of 100 minutes weekly and the time read must be recorded on the reading log. Math: Students must complete the weekly worksheet.
