21  No sarcasm or humour!  Be clear and concise (don’t use too many words, and don’t water it down by using words such as sometimes, maybe, possibly…)  Use the Trademark & Trademark Behaviours as a guide (it gives you permission to have the conversation)  Focus on the behaviour you have ‘noticed’ & the consequences of that behaviour (consider whether it is a once off occurrence, a pattern that has developed, or whether it is something to do with your relationship)  Offer solutions where possible and also how you can get involved in their solution  Commit to action/s – follow up with them!
