2 Menemen is a Turkısh egg dısh that served for breakfast,lunch and sometımes dinner. It is a very healthy low –colories,high fiber dısh.

3 ıngredients 2 eggs 4 or 5 medıum tomatoes 5 long green peppers 1 white onıon Pepper powder Salt Half acup of olıve oil Pepper paste

4 At first,fınely chop your onıon

5 And cut your peppers

6 Chop your tomatoes

7 Beat two eggs ın a bowl

8 Warm the olıve oil ın a large pan and then add the chopped green peppers.

9 Add the chopped white onıon

10 Add a spoon of pepper paste

11 Lıghtly fry the onıons and peppers ın the oıl for two minutes.

12 Add salt and pepper powder

13 Add the chopped tomatoes ınto pan.

14 Cook the mixture for 4 minutes

15 Pour the eggs into the pan

16 Stir the mixture contınually

17 Cook on the medıum heat 2-3 minutes

18 It is ready to serve
