7. Auxiliary Coordinators Breakout Session 1 What is an Auxiliary Coordinator? Position Description The IDP Auxiliary Coordinator directs the local awareness and implementation of IDP. This individual disseminates the latest IDP news, tools and resources as put forth by the IDP State Coordinator, Educator Coordinator and/or AIA National Component. Though this is a volunteer position, it is one of tremendous responsibility. The IDP Auxiliary Coordinator must maintain a thorough understanding of IDP requirements, objectives and resources, and must be familiar with state registration requirements and examination application procedures.
