3. Software Overview Our software is a cloud based business platform that streamlines the complicated “estimation” and “evidence of use” processes for the domestic refurbishment market. It makes detailed costing quick and simple, and streamlines the job tendering process into one, easily comparable centralised quotation. This process is seamless, and convenient to the homeowner. The system also incorporates a central membership facility, giving traceable lead functionality, and full client update and project management in one place.

4. System Capabilities Authorised users and their roles are added by administrator. Members can configure the pre-installed product catalogues with their own costs, margins and discounts. “Activity Based Costing” details types and quantities of products and labour categories required to complete the job. Jobs are remotely surveyed, and administered via iOS or Android. The system can produce single/tendered quotations, and procurement & labour schedules for contractors. 5. System Capabilities By capturing property, time and material details at survey stage checklists can be completed onsite as work is done. Contactors & their sub-contractors are prompted to take photos and sign off compliance checklists on the tablet, all of which are time and geo-stamped. Member competencies cross checked against job type to ensure that members only work on jobs that they’re certified to work on (e.g. gas etc.) Software allows Members and Administrators to assign home visits and manage contractors and sub- contractors in real time. Role specific tasks for sub-contractors allows users to monitor works in real-time against predetermined measure specific design & build templates. Selected users may be notified of status changes.
