CONTRACTOR CHECKS IN AT LOCATION Dispatched technician checks in at job site using the location’s phone via IVR touch tone system. CONTRACTOR FIXES PROBLEM Technician performs work, receives signed work order and checks out using the location’s phone. WORK ORDER COMPLETION & INVOICING Landry’s leaves feedback. Contractor uploads signed work order into ServiceChannel and submits invoice online with auto-verification. Landry’s approves and pays invoice directly to contractor.
