This is OPD Module, developed by Tally Boys A complete OPD Management System… Out Patient Department (OPD)
The OPD (Out Patient Department) is the most important part of a hospital (clinic) which serves a dominant number of patients (could be 80-90% of patients visiting the hospital). And managing OPD is one of the most crucial aspects of Hospital Administration. Module allows hassle free and effective OPD system administration by providing Data Security, Data Backup/Retrieval. Module facilitates complete OPD management right from resource allocations, doctor’s scheduling, patient visit record to complete administrative records of each OPD consultations. Complete OPD billing can be performed, through this module. Provides facility of Fee receipt, Medical Test charges/services, Investigations. Multiple reports can be generated, like Appointment report, Patient in report, Patient log details, Patient History Report.
Setup Details:- GOT > F12 > Products & Features > F4 > Enter the path of TCP File
Enable the Solution: GOT > Alt+F3 > Click on Alter > Company creation screen > set Yes to Enable OPD Management
GOT > OPD Management > Press on Quick Setup to create Automatic & Error free setup…
Master Creation: Create Doctor - User needs to enter details of Doctor to create database.
Area Master: User needs to enter name of Cities & Districts
Description Master: Enter types of problems generally patients have
Referred Doctor Master: Here user needs to enter the names of all doctors, who refer their patients, to them.
Outside Test Master: User needs to enter the tests which cannot be done, inside hospital. Generally doctor refer their patients to some laboratory for these tests.
Inside Test Master: User needs to enter the tests which can be done, inside hospital. Costs needs to be mention for the test.
Transactions: Appointment - User needs to fill Patient’s information in this form to fix appointment. 4 sections are there, Basic details of patients, Fee details, Personal details, Address details.
Patients in: This form needs to be filled by doctor’s attendant, when patient will arrive for consultancy. Need to fill Test details & Fees details.
Patients Out: This form needs to be filled by doctor’s attendant, when patient’s meeting will be over with doctor. Preferred test & Fees column need to be filled.
Module will display summarized data, by generating following Reports… Appointment Report: Report will display list of all appointments, it will show following fields Patient name, Patient Id, Appointment id, Doctor etc. Patient in Report: This report will display list of all patients who visited hospital/clinic for consultancy or check up. Patient Log Details: User can view list of all patients, an then he can select any specific patient to view his complete log. Patient History: This report will also show list of all patients, and user can choose patient’s name, to view history of that patient. Multiple filters are given on the right side of every report. For e.g. Doctor name, Patient Name, Session, Appointment mode, Gender, City, Address etc. User can use them to search the desired data. Screenshots of reports are pasted in next slides...
