7. Paper Materials You may need your school counselor’s help getting the academic records you need, so don’t wait until the last minute. A copy of the records from home is sufficient. In one envelope, combine report cards, test scores. Hand deliver or mail these items to each school to which your child is applying. Please write: Application for “Student Name” on the envelope Applications will not be processed until all materials complete.
