2 CSU Early Assessment Program Students are told that participation is a plus! Time to complete the test questions is provided to all 11 th graders. Participation and pass rates are increasing.

8 District Policy on Parent Notification All parents are notified of State test results in a timely manner. We mail all results to the home, with information in the primary language, or a reference for translation assistance. Our usual translations are Spanish and Mandarin, with “Boxes” in Korean and Vietnamese.

15 Exam Administration Activities Test notification –Forward CSU EAP letter to students –Notify sites of EAP testing window and materials return deadline –Remind sites to set aside special testing time for EAP essay and that both the essay and the MC items must be completed Test administration and processing –Train sites in test administration procedures –Check in all EAP materials after testing –Pack and send materials to the scoring center Load results to student information system
