No project level requirement at all. You don’t need to master all the speaking skill before you take the evaluation role. Everyone has his/her unique point of view. M YTH NO.1 : I’ M NOT QUALIFIED TO BE AN EVALUATOR !!!!

Feeling: I get lost in the speech! I even don’t understand the speech! Feeling : Uncomfortable! Discriminated! Bored!

Feel it! See it ! Hear it! Give a reason. Give Suggestion. Useful Tips Review the speech project objectives. Talk with the speaker to find out which skills or techniques the speaker hopes to strengthen through the speech.
