LAS VEGAS CONVENTION CENTER A proven commodity, the Las Vegas Convention Center boasts an impressive roster of thousands of very satisfied customers. Our three million square feet of convention and meeting space is serviced by the most experienced staff of convention service managers, and it offers state of the art amenities. Las Vegas has a wide range of venues available, offering something appropriate for meetings and conventions of all sizes. The Las Vegas Convention Center is located less than 3 miles from McCarran Airport. It is in close proximity to the Strip and Downtown and easily accessible from all of the destination’s world-famous hotels.
2014 AVAILABLE DATES, SPACE AND RATES DATES OVERALL TENTATIVE DATES: Option 1 Sunday October 16, 2014 – Friday, October 24, 2014. Move In: Thursday, October 16 – Saturday. October 18 Show Days:Sunday, October 19 – Thursday, October 23 Move Out:Friday, October 24 SPACE South Hall: S1 and S2 1 st option. Total square footage S1, 224,944 and S2, 218,894 exhibit halls are 464,683 Meeting Rooms: S219 – S223 (5 rooms) S101 –S118 (18 rooms) We offer one meeting room complimentary per 10,000 gross square feet of exhibit space used based on availability. EXHIBIT HALL RATES $.29 per net square foot per show day (able to be leased in sections if entire hall is not needed for south halls only) One free move in or move out day for every show day. Additional days will be at 50% of daily rate.

Please remember that this proposal/reservation is not legally binding until a lease or contract is executed, however, it is a part of the negotiation process between you and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority for potential use of said facilities

PROPOSAL INCLUSIONS Emergency Procedures: All procedures are in the Building Users Manual at www.lvcva.comwww.lvcva.com Parking Capabilities in vicinity: Currently the Silver/Gold and South Hall lots are used for parking for drive in traffic. Availability depends on building usage. Marshalling Yard: This is determined by the General Contractor, each contractor has their designated Marshalling yard. Center exclusives: Currently the Las Vegas Convention Center exclusives are: Smart City Networks for all telecommunication needs Aramark: All Food and Beverage Business Center: Operated by FedEx Kinko's Discounts to Show management are to be negotiated Show currently on the Books: However, the space changes weekly Contracting: Leases are sent and executed up to three years prior to the first date of convention.
