Speed = distance / time = 50 m / 40 s = 1.25 m/s

Speed is the rate of distance / time Velocity is speed AND DIRECTION of an object What is happening to the speed of the object below? Speed is : increasing at 5 seconds and 25 seconds… The object stops moving at 65 seconds
