4 Problem Solving Factory Visit Logistics Procedure Overview
3 days before (proposed)- Reception application 2 days before - Confirm the arrangement and budget 1 day before - Logistics (Pick-up and accommodation) Pick-up Warm welcome Accompany the customers Write down the concerns from customers 1 day after - Build up the reception record - Submit the feedback to sales Biweekly - Cost allocation and analysis for improvement

5 Procedure…To be done by branch sales
Submit the Application Check and Confirm Clarify the requirement and fill in the application form Submit to Marketing Dept. 3 days ahead of due date (proposed) Check and confirm the arrangement and budget Confirm by sales and GM Accompany the tour Accompany with customers for the visiting Cost Allocation Pay the cost based on the invoices through finance dept. between factory and RC (weekly) Notes: Sales need to confirm with customers what they need to learn from factory tour, such as if lead time and technology communication are required. And for the communication regarding service and price, we will leave it to Sales.

Receive the Application Make Arrangement Make preparation cost calculation (if happened) Forward the estimated cost to sales for confirmation Receive the confirmation from sales Logistics arrangement (meeting room, technical support etc.) Accompany the tour Accompany with customers for the visiting Set up the reception record for filing Submit the customers’ concerns to sales after the reception Cost Allocation Confirm the cost based on the invoices with sales (weekly)

Reference Information 1 Customer Reception Form 2 Corporate Hotel in ZS 3 Vehicle Management 4 Jobsite Visit Notes: ZS factory will only make the advancement payment on vehicle rent fee and entertainment. Other expenses have to be borne by sales or customers. 2. Marketing Coordinator reserves the rights to propose other cars to sales if the car is not available. 3. Jobsite visit in SZ/GZ/ZS/Zhuhai can be provided to customers. But it must be confirmed with RC Service in advance.
