We have developed CV easy management (CVem) a fast and effective fully automated software solution for effective and rapid management of all personnel search and selection/recruitment documents. More specifically, our intent was to make the CVem: reliable and cost-effective (no additional costs for the operating system and database, the installation of expensive applications packages on PCs is not necessary) flexible (can be used by more than one user at the same time, remotely in satellite offices via the Internet, the entire system can also be hosted by an external Provider) customizable (for example by customizing work areas and activities to suit personal or in-house needs) fast, to make personnel searches as fast as possible user-friendly (with a minimum number of items in the menu). goal home DB tables CVs ads clients interviews documents invoices exit

The home page is accessed by entering a username and a password. By clicking on the item of interest in the main menu (horizontal line above), a box on the left will show the second-level items that guide the operator. Modules for each of the following documents have been developed: CVs from applicants (spontaneous or in response to job postings) job postings on employment sites personal data of customers/suppliers or in-house users from companies profiles of applicants interviewed (complete with photos) other documents (e-mail, job postings, search summaries, etc.) invoices issued or received. intranet home DB tables CVs ads clients interviews documents invoices exit

CVem allows authorized users to customize the charts on the side, in order to classify (label) the CVs received and to create a profile for the applicants interviewed. CVem allows for fast classification (labeling) and filling of any CV received spontaneously or in response to job postings on ones own web site, employment sites, dailies. Searches can be performed on all the data entered, especially on the basis of the following criteria: date of the document search title site or daily of origin personal data (name and surname, home address, age) education (high school, university diploma, degree) product sector work area and activity companies where the applicant has been employed. insert new CV search stored CV CV received from ads home DB tables CVs ads clients interviews documents invoices exit

CVem creates postings and checks the results in an excellent manner. More in detail, by starting with a job posting written in Word or similar, it can be used to: publish the posting on ones own web site, any changes in the process and cancellation (once the search has been completed) send the same to the various employment sites, with automatic codes to identify the origin of the CVs received label, file and then search any document related to the search request (job description, variations, approvals, terms for assigning the search, etc) label, file and then search job postings. ads management new / edit origin management ads labelling new / search labelling of searchs documents new / search home DB tables CVs ads clients interviews documents invoices exit

CVem has a proprietary customer/supplier (whether in-house or external) database that: quickly identifies all the information (telephone, e-mail address, company name, etc) of an external company, in-house entity or a person. labels, files and therefore searches any document sent to (or received from) a customer or supplier. new client / supplier search client search supplier search contact home DB tables CVs ads clients interviews documents invoices exit

During the interview, additional information about the applicant is obtained (in addition to the information contained in the CV) such as: complete details, family status, education, languages, IT skills, professional details, current status, expectations, period of notice, etc. It is therefore necessary. to create a complete document (profile) of the applicant which is sent to the customer or the in-house. A proper document management system can be used to create, label, file (and later search) all kinds of documents (sent or received) required by the search and selection procedure. CVem can be used as above on the documents shown in the box on the left and (if necessary) on new documents that could prove to be just as useful in the future.
