2 What are Ecozones? Ecozones are used to classify different types of land in different places. Such things that are used to find this information are -Landforms -Soils -Vegetation -Climate -Water -Wildlife -How much humans effect that area are ways to distinguish between the areas. Not until recently, Canada has used ecozones to categorize and divide Canada into different geological regions. There are many different kinds of ecozones in Canada.

3 Why are they useful? Ecozones are useful because they help with the organization of different natural environments. There are an uncountable number of different types of land in Canada. There are around fifteen different kinds of ecozones in Canada. Before the creation of ecozones, the different landform information, climate data, and population characteristics were grouped into separate places. Now all of these characteristics can be connected together so that these characteristics can be grouped together to find information about the different regions of land in Canada. All the information about a certain area can be put into one area.

4 How do Ecozones help in tourism?
